- Develop intentional practices connected to your values in support of resilience
- Reflect on your current way of life and craft an intentional way of life for the next season
- Identify and enact concrete ways to make changes toward that plan
Each of the five lessons consists of anywhere from 2-5 videos and has self-paced exercises included in the accompanying Guidebook.
